“RECTORA’S LETTER #4 – WEEKEND UPDATE!

My dear brothers & sisters in Christ.

We’re off to the races! Lead Team meeting was a success. Now we’re all getting excited for the first full Team meeting.

The first one is on 9 February 2025 at THE True Vine. Looking forward to seeing all these

precious ladies and gentlemen at our first gathering. Your prayers for our safe travels & good weather are requested and cherished.

Have you prayed about who you will sponsor for the weekend? It’s time to start getting those applications filled out and turned into our Assistant Treasurer, Tanya Pickett. The application is located on the website. If you can’t find it or print it off, no worries - I will have copies with me at the next secuela, which will be on 1 February 2025, at Bay Presbyterian Church, 6:00- 7:30PM. The Team and I hope to see you there.

I have to tell you, this whole journey has been incredibly humbling. I can see the hand of God on every detail, and I feel Him in front of me, beside me and sometimes carrying me along. I am overwhelmed at times at the people He has surrounded me with ~ team and community. He is SO, SO good to me.

Don’t forget to reach out to our wonderful Weekend Chair Committee to offer your time,

treasures and talents to support the weekend. Heidi & Dave and Francine & Gilbert are already busy at work and waiting for your calls. Sign-up sheets will be available at all of the secuelas between now and the weekend. We need the whole community to pitch in and be the hands &  feet of Jesus.

Keep those prayers lifted high. The Team & I are so excited to see who God sends to the

weekend.
